PLATFORM LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Platform License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the access and use of Solus RP ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. LICENSE GRANT
1.1. Solus RP grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
1.2. This license does not grant any ownership rights to the User, nor any rights to modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform.
2. RESTRICTIONS
2.1. The User shall not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
Decompile, access, or manipulate cache files or any other proprietary data related to the Platform.
Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or any form of behavior deemed disruptive by the Platform administrators.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services.
2.2 By accepting this agreement, the User agrees they are at least 18 years of age.
2.3. Violations of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice and may be subject to legal action.
3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including but not limited to in-game content, assets, and software, remain the property of Solus RP and/or its licensors.
3.2. Unauthorized access, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the Platform's source code, cache files, or any protected components is strictly prohibited. Solus RP reserves the right to pursue legal action, including civil and criminal penalties, against any User found violating this provision.
4. ACCOUNT & DATA
4.1. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Sharing accounts or login credentials is prohibited.
4.2. The Platform collects and processes a limited amount of personal data, including but not limited to IP Addresses, Rockstar Games licenses, Discord identifiers, Xbox Live identifiers, and Steam identifiers.
4.3. Any action performed by a user on the Platform may be recorded and stored indefinitely in an unencrypted format, including but not limited to passwords entered within the Platform.
4.4. The Platform reserves the right to reset, modify, or remove User accounts, progress, or assets at any time at its discretion.
5. TERMINATION
5.1. Solus RP may terminate this Agreement and revoke access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause.
5.2. If the User violates this Agreement, their license may be revoked immediately without notice.
5.3. The User may cease using the Platform at any time, but this does not entitle them to refunds, compensation, or restoration of any lost progress or assets.
6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Solus RP disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. Solus RP is not responsible for any data loss, disruptions, or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
6.3. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Solus RP from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform.
7. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
7.1. Solus RP reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
